Caroline Shepherd, Associate Broker for Houlihan Lawrence, Bedford, ranks among the company’s top agents for residential sales. Every year since 2002, she has received either the Gold or Platinum Sales Award recognizing her excellence in sales. Additionally, she was selected as one of three agents within the company to train new and transitioning sales agents.
In 1987, Caroline began her career in real estate as a Sales Associate at Houlihan Lawrence. Five years later she transitioned to Coldwell Banker where she obtained her brokers license, and secured membership in the President’s Club and International President’s Circle. She served there as the Regional Manager for the Luxury Homes Division and received the prestigious Westchester County Board of Realtors Diamond Award for Excellence in Sales.
Caroline is a committee member of the Westchester Board of Realtors Professional Standards and Grievances, and serves her community through involvement with Hope’s Door (formerly The Northern Westchester Shelter). She is actively involved in the Midnight Run, a non-profit organization that distributes food, supplies and clothing, an offer scompanionship to homeless people, and has been a mentor for a child at Abbott House.
Caroline co-founded the Women’s Business Connection, and is currently Co-Chair of the organization. She resides in Pound Ridge, New York.
