Code of Ethics

The Women’s Business Connection was formed to help its members businesses grow through the referral process. The organizations leadership consists of a Chair (or Co-Chairs) , Secretary and Treasurer. Additional leadership positions will be added as required to satisfy our mission, size and current trends.

The Women’s Business Connection membership will consist of no more than 20 individuals from non-competing categories, to allow deep relatiomships to form.  Members of the Women’s Business Connection agree to adhere to the following Code of Ethics:

  • Each Member agrees to promote only a single business
  • Each Member agrees to committ to and promote ethical business practices; to place a high value on forthrightness, honesty, honorableness, incorruptibility, principle, and sincerity in our business interactions
  • Each Member agrees to pay $120 annual dues promptly
  • Each members shall attend all meetings every first and third Tuesday of the month. If a member is unable to attend a meeting, that member agrees to contact either co-chair. Should two consecutive meetings be missed without notice, the member agrees their space in the group has been forfeited.
  • Members should not be an active member of BNI in Westchester County
  • If a Member chooses to change the business they have previously been representing, they agree to discuss their decision first with the Co-Chairs and then with the entire group in order to avoid any potential conflicts that may arise.
